In the archaeological Museum of Tigranakert in Nagorno Karabakh opened the exhibition of artifacts discovered during the excavation of a barrow near the village of nor Haykajour Markerscase district.
The exhibition features more than 30 exhibits, Dating from the ninth-eighth centuries BC: ceramic vessels, jewelry, bronze parts of a belt, gold jewelry in the form of animals, detail of the tomb, the iron weapon, the wooden parts of the staff, the correspondent of the “Caucasian knot”.
Part of the findings is being reviewed in Armenia, because the exact numbers will be known after all laboratory examinations, told the correspondent of “Caucasian knot” in the Department of tourism and historical environment protection of the Ministry of economy of Nagorno-Karabakh.
For excavations to State service of protection of the historic environment has invited archaeologists from Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia. Every day scientists, archaeologists make new discoveries, but not all of them would be loyal to the public. Unfortunately, a great number of findings that fall under the category of “forbidden” and will not be exposed to light, although data on them are preserved by their discoverers.
In the early 60’s, in Central Mexico, were found stone tools. They were high-tech, which tells us that such a weapon could produce only ratany people with a high intelligence level. This finding was 250 thousand years, as stated by the leaders of the expedition. It is obvious that CRO-magnon would not have been able to make such a weapon.
Meanwhile, in South Africa, a group of miners stumbled upon a very strange discovery, also fall under the category of ban: they found more than a hundred metal spheres of two kinds: some were white and porous inside, the other pale blue with white spots. As identified by archaeologists, the age of these spheres is more than two million years. The miners immediately kicked out of the facility, explaining that they were poisoned by the gas and took blue potatoes for alien discoveries. However, this does not detract from the fact that at the equator from these findings were made by three perfectly parallel grooves which could be left only a rational being. During the restoration of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral in Pereslavl-Zalessky researchers found on its walls are some ancient graffiti, including a unique inscription of the XII century — a message about the assassination of Prince Andrei Bogolyubsky and a list of his killers, some of which were previously not known.
The unique inscription, which according to the press service of the Institute of archaeology RAS. turned out to be the oldest dated manuscripts of North-Eastern Russia. Ancient graffiti found and studied occupy a special place among Moscow: Professor of the Higher school of economy Alexey Gippius and fellow of the Institute of Slavic studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Savva Mikheev.
Restoration works on the external walls of the Cathedral, built in 1157, were launched in summer 2015. This inscription and the other was nearly destroyed during the restoration. However, the scientific staff of the Pereslavl-Zalessky Museum-reserve has insisted that the walls of the Cathedral were washed with pressurized water and not cleaned with an abrasive as originally envisaged.
